Full Job Description
The primary role of a Mi Store Retail Sales Consultant is to deliver a compelling customer journey through engaging discussions and active listening, whilst presenting exciting and innovative products.
Your key objective will be to delight and fulfil customer needs, provide great solutions and achieve high quality sales. You'll become a Xiaomi brand ambassador, living and breathing the values to enhance and grow your own performance. There'll also be stock related jobs alongside typical housekeeping tasks, associated with a retail environment, that you will be expected to complete enthusiastically with, and in support of, your team colleagues.
You'll have experience in a face-to-face customer focussed role, with proven sales results, ideally working with consumer electronics. Perhaps you are multilingual and speak Arabic, Chinese, Russian or another language ...any of these could be of advantage but are not essential. You will certainly possess a can-do mindset and have experience working within a team. You'll also be confident in your approach and curious to learn.
You must be available any five days from seven in a typical working week, in line with local trading hours; between 0930 and 2130 Monday through Saturday. 1130-1830 on Sundays. You must also have the right to work in the UK.
